Hands‑On (Mysore Style)
The silence of the room welcomes the teacher’s presence. Εach practitioner follows their own pace. Teaching is woven around them through individualized adjustments and verbal guidance. Touch becomes a vehicle of knowledge, breath the measure of time, the practice gains depth and stability, linking discipline with inner inquiry. Ideal for those taking their first steps and for those walking further along the path.

Led class
The teacher’s voice becomes the guide, counting the breath. The sequence of asanas and vinyasa progresses with Sanskrit count. Inhale, exhale, like a ritual dance where practitioners share an invisible melody. The body follows the cue that sets the rhythm. Everyone moves together, with variations where needed, so the practice remains safe and balanced for each participant. Ideal for those who wish to clarify how we transition from one asana to the next and to deepen their attunement, discipline, and the subtle beauty of this moving meditation that the counting offers.
Self practice
The doors open as the light of dawn slips into the space. This is the most energetic time (Brahma Muhurta) for the focus of practitioners moving independently. This hour is not recommended for beginners. Here there are no hands‑on adjustments, only your breath and the uninterrupted flow of your practice. You may enter and begin at any time. If your practice continues into the next session, the Hands‑On, there you will receive the corrections and guidance you need.
New Moon - Full Moon
The shala remains closed during full moon and new moon days, following the tradition that wants these days, along with Sundays, to be rest days.
