Ashtanga Yoga Ano Patissia is following the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, as tought by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and carried on today by his grandson Sharath Jois at Sharath Yoga Center in Mysore India. The way we practice here is no different from any other Ashtanga Yoga shala in the world.
What to expect
It is a system of physical and spiritual exercising, which synchronizes breath and movement. It benefits on improving muscular strength and flexibility, controlling the breathing as well as managing stress and improving our focusing. Practicing yoga is a tool that can bring harmony in our way of life.
