Ashtanga Yoga Ano Patissia is following the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, as tought by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and carried on today by his grandson Sharath Jois at KPJAYI. The way we practice here is no different from any other Ashtanga Yoga shala in the world.
What to expect
The sessions are open for all levels of practitioners. It is a system of physical and spiritual exercising, which synchronizes breath and movement. It benefits on improving muscular strength and flexibility, controlling the breathing as well as managing stress and improving our focusing. Practicing yoga is a tool that can bring harmony in our way of life.

Eri Economidou
Eri was born and raised at Ano Patissia area. In 2001 she met Ashtanga Yoga from Cliff Barber. In 2004, she attends yoga and pilates seminars at Effect Academy and one year later she attends her first training course in hatha and ashtanga yoga. Since then she teaches on a regular basis. Teaching ashtanga yoga solely, starts in 2012.
