Ashtanga Yoga Ano Patissia is following the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, as tought by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and carried on by his grandson Sharath Jois at Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore India. The way we practice here is no different from any other Ashtanga Yoga shala in the world.
What to expect
Ashtanga weaves movement and breath into a dynamic, uninterrupted flow that strengthens the muscles, increases flexibility, improves endurance, and cultivates physical balance. At the same time, it trains the mind to remain focused, reduces stress, and harmonizes the nervous system. It is a practice of holistic care, where every movement and every inhalation work together to revitalise inner energy, restore harmony between body and spirit, and create a steady centre of calm within the demands of daily life. Eri Economidou
In 2001, she was charmed by the dynamic system of ashtanga yoga. Her goal is to showcase and spread this wonderful system and help people built their personal practicing.
